Separation Creek House : Cube Style House For Steep-Landscape

Designed By Jackson Clements Burrows (JCB) Architects, it’s also called as Separete House. The House was designed at Steep-Landscape of Hill (Australia), with a forty-five degree incline. The architect tried to compromise with its contour to get a beautiful view of the beach. “We wanted to create a dynamic sculptural object. But we also wanted to take advantage of the views. Most of the one hectare site was too steep to build on. Only a few hundred square metres offered space for a building,” Graham Burrows Said. The Architects use Cube Style to reach a flexiblity in structure and dynamic impression of the house. The house use some wide-windows style to get a good air flow sirculation and as well as a natural lighting at daylight. The interior ray of light looks so wonderful at morning beside the beautiful view of the beach at the sunset. “We wanted to draw hot air from the house in the warmer months and also wanted to attract the northern light, as well as the views up the hillside,” Graham Burrows said.
