The owners of this house wanted to use the land for living space, a garden was inconceivable, they only want green. Therefore, one of the primary motivations of the team Formwerkz Architects was to look for spaces to try to correct this imbalance, and satisfy their customers. The result is a beautiful planter upright on the front gate and a green wall that doubles as a screen curtain on the second floor. Modern Art Deco Resident By Arkitek Axis

MODERN ART DECO

Designed by Arkitek axis, a company founded in 1989 who’s slogan is “less is more”, The resident was create with modern art deco style. Their aim is to “give their client’s project a value for money, and at the same time create a concept identity in which both the clients and the company can be proud of”. Perhaps this goal is what also led to creating this ostentatious house deign and what made it a successful project. The building is shaped like the letter “U” and most of the rooms have a view towards the pool, which is located in the middle. It has three levels, spacious, opulent bedrooms and bathrooms and a dining room which is connected to the pool through sliding doors. The architect combined the art deco style of building with minimalist plants such as Pandanus tectona and Adenium obesum, which can make the environment more cozy. Read more

Fashion Store Interior

Designed by Deardesign, the store which was located in L’illa Diagonal shopping mall, offered an inspirational interior of fashion store. The main characteristic of this store is the wall that comprises 1,000 uniquely shaped wooden panels held together by 2,400 screws. The store interior features exposed concrete columns, industrial-like resin flooring and simple, unfinished wooden benches. The display room was so friendly and cozy. This flagship store combined the several different style minimalistic, industrial and have a touch of the contemporary in its architecture. Read more

Designed by Pb Elemental Architecture, The a contemporary hous which built with the main principle on how to create a modern house on tight budget. The client is a large family and still growing so the house must have four bedrooms, two bath, living and dining areas, open kitchen, an entry corridor, large storage room, bookshelves for huge book collection, laundry room and closet, all of them must built on 1600 square foot site. The principle design of the house is to make it all transparent each other so it can make the house look larger and relieved, not only at the window elements but also at the stair element design. The result is a beautiful house with minimalist exterior and stunning interior design, the building cost just $167/sf and the footprint is only 790 square feet. Read more
