Designed by Arsh Designed Group, The building was created to fit the landscape requirement. City of Tehran is an absurd constructed landscape. Here, the conventional typology for achieving high density which is that of towers, is replaced by a completely different spatial strategy whereas density is achieved through massive deployment of a mid-rise building type; which is that of four to five storey piloted apartment buildings. The dominance of this type has yielded a some what absurd urban morphology whereas the exterior manifestation of the apartment buildings from a street point of view are limited to a single two-dimensional façade. Designed by Roberto Baciocchi, Prada Store which is situated on Place Beauvau, no 92, present a luxurious and strong identity Prada facade building. The facade of the building is a reminder of the Pont Mirabeau, a famous French bridge built in 1895. Art seems to unite all the elements of design in the store and impressive silhouettes greet you as you look around for fashionable and famous things to purchase. The house which is located in Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, was designed by Agraz Arquitectos. The facade of the house was so expressive and modern-attractive look. The entrance of this house is decorated by a piece of art in steel which is called “Family”. The living room, kitchen, dining room and spacious terrace are combined to create awesome feel of free space. Spanish marble slabs in ivory tones give an interesting look to the frontal areas of the house. Designed By Kadawittledarchitectur, The Sigharstein Kindergarten which was located in Land Salzburg, Austria, could give a spacius and comfortable play ground for the kids. Situated on the periphery of the site of green meadows and felds, the first impression of the construction site provided the idea for the sculptural facade by way of an elevated grass turf. The oversized “grass blades” communicate the building’s unique identity and provides an orientation marker for the kindergarten. The stylized grass blades are not only ornamental, but also act as a continuation of the landscape theme – namely, the staccato row of spruces visible at the meadow’s edge or the branches of the neighboring leafy trees. The resulting scenic correspondence takes place not only in the building volume itself but also in the structure noticeable from within. Read more
