Designed by Matali Crasset located on the French Malls, shopping center Cab 3000, St Laurent du Var, Nouveau offered you a distinct restaurant style in public space area. This new area of food and conviviality was built on the model of the “village square” as a point of reference and social life in the heart of the space was conceived as an island and its archipelago where several micro-spaces are delicately scattered to the ground but connected them to compose a universe that is both open and intimate. Because of its material, the restaurant model could be moved to another location easily, according to its business strategy. It’s a stunning restaurant design with creative concept and the shape was very inspiring.
