MODERN ART DECO

Designed by Arkitek axis, a company founded in 1989 who’s slogan is “less is more”, The resident was create with modern art deco style. Their aim is to “give their client’s project a value for money, and at the same time create a concept identity in which both the clients and the company can be proud of”. Perhaps this goal is what also led to creating this ostentatious house deign and what made it a successful project. The building is shaped like the letter “U” and most of the rooms have a view towards the pool, which is located in the middle. It has three levels, spacious, opulent bedrooms and bathrooms and a dining room which is connected to the pool through sliding doors. The architect combined the art deco style of building with minimalist plants such as Pandanus tectona and Adenium obesum, which can make the environment more cozy.
