Inspirational Minimalist Hill House By Pb Elemental Architecture

Designed by Pb Elemental Architecture, the house which is located in Mount Baker, give you something deferent of Minimalist House design. The four levels house which was designed at the small hill and small area (3,600 sqft), contain of four bedrooms, two and a half baths, and a large open living floor with ten foot-tall ceilings and a two car garage with a 400 sqft roof deck above. Additionally, the home includes a separate, one bedroom apartment unit on the lower level, complete with a wrap-around patio. Multilevels building design was a smart solution of small space of the site. The architect could combine all potential characteristics arround the house very well such as the slope, small space and the view by using smart solution of minimalist building design. The structure was conceived as the juxtaposition of three pure volumes, each containing a unique programmatic element. In turn, each element is clad with clear cedar, cement board or concrete to emphasize the massing. Not only the exterior, but the architect also give a “minimalist touch” at the interior side, such as wooden window frame, downlight lamp, simple wooden furniture. So that, The building looks so stylist, homy and as well as cozy.
