Designed By Taller 13 (elias cattan + patricio guerrero), The Multi-Family Housing was located at the central Cuauhtemoc neighborhood. The Multi-Family Housing used roof garden at the top roof which is low maintenance, as the one element of ecological design. So that, it can capture the rain, reuse and finally recycle the water. Not only at the water-cycle, but the designer also design the building facade very well. The wide-window can make the facade become dynamic and as well as bring the sunlight into the room very well. So it doesn’t need an artificial light at the daylight.
