Sustainability was a major concern, the design integrates concrete flooring to absorb the sun’s warmth in the winter, operable windows and large sliding doors to facilitate natural ventilation and low-maintenance recycled materials as well as can be used to view beautiful outdoor garden from inside. So that, it can dissolve the barriers between indoors and outdoor. By using combination of wood and steel frame structure, It can reach simplicity and minimalist impression of home living.
