The Amazing Staircase

This amazing book-lined staircase was at Veronika and Sebastian’s rental apartment. London-based Levitate Architects came up with this ingenious solution to a book storage problem and created a loft-like bedroom nestled under the roof of the top-floor apartment. Scribble Chair : A New Idea For Design Presentation

Designed by Jim Hannon-Tanpaul Kogelnig, Gabriel Heusser. Each stool is an individual sketch. He scribble stool is ’sketched’ using 3d painting software, where the lines are transformed into surfaces and then ´printed´ using Selective Laser Sintering to become a solid and completely unique object.
