12th+John Residence : Cubism Concept For Contemporary House By Pb Elemental Architecuture

JOHN_RESIDENCE

Designed by Pb Elemental Architecture, this private residence in Seattle’s Capitol Hill District exhibits an exercise in urban in-fill design with a project that consists of 1688 sf of space including a one car garage plus on site parking and green space.
The house is clad in aluminium paneling, white and black, with cedar accents. Extensive store-front windows facing the street add a voyeuristic element to the home, giving away intimate views of the master suite and living room floors. The architect also give a “final-touch” very well to the cail and as well as floor by using wood and parquet material. So it can make a cozy atmosphere of the interior house residence. Cubism concept could translate all ideas of the architect who want to get a modern-contemporary-minimalist impression of the house residence.
